Mediterranean Pasta


Tri Color Pasta
Green Olives
Black Olives
Kalamata Olives
Salami
Feta
Red Pepper Flakes
Fresh Diced Roma Tomatoes
Red Onion, finely chopped
Marinated Artichoke Hearts, finely chopped
EVOO
Toss all ingredients in large saute pan. Stir for 5 minutes and serve hot with Sangiovese Red Wine.
